About Brad Kurlancheek . . . .
He is an attorney in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1979. He served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force for five years, and the military reserves four years. He graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law, in Lexington, Virginia in 1993, with a focus on bankruptcy law. He holds the degree Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (2004).
He began a solo practice in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, in January 1994. He dedicates 75% of his practice to Bankruptcy Law. He is a member of the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association. He is on the board of the Wilkes Barre Peace and Justice Center.
He practices in a converted 2 story home, sharing office space with three other attorneys, including,Thomas Marsilio, Esq (also retired Lt.Col, USMC), Veronica Steadle Kisailus, Esq. and Clement Kisailus, Esq., who specialize in Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Workmen's Comp, and Social Security Law (570/824-9949).
Atty Kurlancheek has completed over one thousand no-fault divorces for clients located throughout Pennsylvania, including the Pocono, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Allentown, Erie, Pittsburgh, Reading and Philadelphia areas. In September 1999 he began the first website allowing the application for no fault divorce online in Pennsylvania through an attorney.
